Dashing Deer/Rooted in Nature Gold Shaker Card. Cardmaking Made Easy!

Hello, Stamping Friends!

If it's August, we've been making Christmas cards for the past month!  I really love this one!  It's so much easier than it looks (thanks to the wonderful, unused adhesive circles that I found in my adhesives baskets.  Lots of gold everywhere--so pretty and elegant!

The Gorgeous Grape Piece of Cake card below is super simple.  We didn't even use the punch!  Just a few stamps, a few Stampin' Blends and Voila!  A pretty card.  (The inside sentiment is: Cut the cake! and some stamped birthday candles.) Another featured favorite is the beautiful Polka Dot Tulle Ribbon.  It's nice and stretchy when you go to make a knot or a bow!

Check out our calendar on the side and join us if you're in Central Florida.

Better Late Than Never! Come Sail Away!

Hello, Stamping Friends!!

I hope you're having a wonderful weekend wherever you are!!  I also hope you're having some creative time as well.  I'm featuring a few of the pretty cards we've worked on in our classes these past couple of weeks.

Yes, better late than never.  I purchased the candy jar ensemble st the very end of the Occasions Catty!  I THOUGHT I didn't care for it but we've had the most fun with it all, making our shaker cards! I hope to make a different shaker card in the near future!!

I just love the new Sailing Home Ensemble--Designer Papers, Stamps, Framelits and down to the adorable anchor and wheel embellishments! I see more sailing and lighthouse cards in our futures!!!

Have a great upcoming week!

Mermaids, Vellum and a REAL Mermaid!

Hi, Everyone!

I hope you are well and enjoying some creative time.  This past week, our classes in Cocoa and Titusville have enjoyed making these fun cards.  The Magical Mermaid card is one we did a year or so ago but we updated it with softer colors and a little more stamping.  It's a great way to introduce students to heat embossing!

Of course I couldn't pass up the opportunity to include my little mermaid, granddaughter Emma, from a couple of years back.

I just love this card, if I do say so myself!  It's the Beauty Abounds stamp set and lots of Highland Heather and Gorgeous Grape inks!  The belly band was inspired by a video sent to me by sweet stamper Jacqueline.  This is embossed vellum and a couple of favorite retires punches!

Don't forget to take advantage of the "Last Chance" sales.  Say goodbye to our In-Color pretty color palette.  Boo Hoo!

Art Gallery Divas Team Meeting! All For Fun and Fun For All!

Hello, My Stamping Friends!

We had a really great team meeting yesterday!  While we usually meet up, have a meal and a fun chat for a couple of hours, yesterday, we met at my house, had a Q & A session, shared thoughts and ideas, made make and takes (Thank you, Charlotte!), had a fun lunch (I baked ziti, made a salad, hot, crusty bread and a Texas Chocoalte Sheet Cake) and then more stamping and exchanging great ideas!

Here we are!  Want to join my team in Brevard County Florida or be a "long-distance" Team Member?  Just Email me at

We made a pretty kitty and a puppy card was a choice.

Lynn and Nancy.

Charlotte, my co-leader.  Left to right:  Lynn, Nancy, Charlotte and Ranell.

A beautiful anniversary or wedding card.

Hummingbirds and hibiscus.  Always a winner in Florida!

Each Team Member received a favor paper purse containing fine chocolates, sequins and bows.

The Team hard at work.  We all learned sooooo much from each other!  Thank you, Team Members!!

Garage Gears and Gingham Gala! (Gotta love the alliteration!! :-))

Hello, Everyone!!

I hope you're having a good day (Good day for a fish or for a good nap, I'd say!) and enjoyed the lovely Florida sunshine while we had it.  Yesterday was so pretty, even though it was hair and nails day and I didn't get to enjoy it too awfully much!!!  I gave the doggies a bath at 10 am when it was warm and they survived even though they HATE a bath.  They do like the brushing part though!!

On to stamping.  Just one class this week!  We made 2 (I think) really great cards.  I've been trying to do a few more masculine cards lately and since we have wonderful tools to make those cards, let's go for it!

Our first card used the beautiful 6x6 papers from the 2019 Occasions Catalog.  The vases punch is from the Annual Catalog but there is a beautiful stamp set that coordinates, "Vibrant Vases".  I chose Balmy Blue for this week's card but if we use this card in the coming weeks with other classes, I'm going for the Daffodil Delight and the Highland Heather!

Gingham Gala 6 X 6 (15.2 X 15.2 Cm) Designer Series Paper  Vibrant Vases Photopolymer Stamp Set

Hooray for Garage Gears!  Don't you just love the stamps, the framelits and the DSP choices that complement them perfectly!!

I also took advantage of the Happiness Blooms cards and envelopes.  They are Night of Navy with a jaunty striping on the inside of the envelope.  The kit comes with 10 large and 10 smaller notecards and envelopes for just $8.50.  What a timesaver!

Classic Cars and Beautiful Tea Pots!

Hello Friends,
It has been quite a week but, hey, it's Saturday and we've survived.  What doesn't kill you makes you stronger so!!!...some of us should be feeling pretty strong at this point!

In spite of a few trials and tribulations (And I do NOT mean to whine!) Every person that came to classes last week left with two really fabulous cards.  The classic cars card was stamped inside as either a valentine or birthday card.  The Tea Pot card gave us a chance to water color with ink from the lid of the stamp pad and a Blender Pen.  So pretty!

And yes!  I canNOT get enough of the Lace Dynamic Textured Embossing Folder.  It creates really stunningly beautiful backgrounds. the word to send to me for a fun stampin' item is dynamic. (Kathy P. saw this first and gets a fun stampin' prize!  Thank you, Kathy!!)  Here are our cards!

So many terrific elements!!  On Thursday, additional Sale-a-bration Coordination items go live.  I thought you'd like a look.  They coordinate with stamp sets from the Occasions Catalog!  I can't wait to get my hands, ink and Big Shot on them.  There are even some new FREE Sale-a-Bration items too. Let me know if I can help you to place your order!  Yes!   I see thinlits for the Cupcake and the Froggies and the Lily too! There goes my budget!! :-)

Have a wonderful and creative weekend!!

Let It Ride and Meant To Be Valentines

Hello, Stampers!

I hope you've had a wonderful week and that you've been able to set aside a bit of time for YOU to be creative and crafty.  I am TRYING to do this myself.  It seems that I'm cutting paper and stuffing envelopes most of the time.  This comes from teaching 12 classes a week.  I love my stampers in each and every class but I do need to remind myself to have some time for me too!

This past weeks classes were so wonderful.  They were full of friendly and helpful stampers and we were giggling every other minute it seemed.  As I often say, I am such a lucky girls!!!

Here are  our "cards of the week".  I was so pleased with them (even my less than professional "water coloring") and I'm so grateful to have supplies that make it easy for us to achieve such beautiful results!  Aquapainters, Stampin' Blend Markers, Framelits, pretty papers.....How could you go wrong!!

Have a wonderful week!!

Versatile Valentines and Fun with Paper Pumpkin Alterations!

Hello, My Stamping Friends!

Yes, I know that it has been much toooooo long but I hope to turn over a new leaf with at least a quick post each weekend.  Much has transpired since we last spoke.  My beloved classroom at the Art Gallery of Viera is no longer!  The Art Gallery closed at the end of December due to a raising of the lease.  Third time was not a charm this time but we have have found a happy home at the Central (Cocoa) Library. Yayyyyyyyy! (And a veautiful view of the Indian River!)

Within 5 minutes of walking into the library las December, I had a place on the schedule and a beautiful, large room with great table space.  We don't have to move a thing!!  So this means we are covering 3 libraries with classes:  Cocoa (Central), Cocoa Beach and Titusville.  Again, I am a lucky girl.  But, Hey! let's get on with some designs!!  Email me at for our complete schedule for the coming weeks.

I have established a little "online club" (and the first one to respond with Paper Pumpkin gets a treat pillow purse) with my Paper Pumpkin Stampers.  We are going to share what we do with our monthly kits and I'll post the results here on the blog!  Want to join us?  Just go to and sign up with Ree (Ree Nathan in Indian Harbour Beach, Fl is the full contact info but sometimes with the demo locater the more locator words you use, the less results you have, so start with just Ree.  :-))

Here are some of 24 adorable Animal Outing compatible pillow purses.  Can't wait to fill them with treats, gifts and a little cash for the grands!!

Here are some "alternate uses" of some of the Paper Pumpkin supplies.

I love the Forever Lovely beautiful bundle.  It is so classicly elegant!!!

You can find all of these beautiful coordinating supplies at my online store at

Let me know if I can be of creative help to you!!!
