Hey, Stampers!

Thank you so much for stopping by today!  I appreciate your taking a look and I love it when you leave a comment!!

It's been a fun week before I head off to Orlando tomorrow for the Floriday Vocal Association Board Meeting.  I've been busy sorting and packing up items for my June 6 stamp sale!  Be sure to stop by between 10 am and 1 pm.  Let me know by email if you need directions!

On Monday we created these fun cards.  Mike inspired me with her picture of a monocled and mustachioed man.  or fun, I decided to give him a derby hat.  Pretty easy and mostly punching with a couple of framelits thrown in.  Thank you, Mike!!

Next, Jane challenged me to use one of my favorite retired sets in the Victorian style of some lovely cards she had made.  I loved that she had made her card in 4 or 5 different colors and I'm kicking myself for not taking a picture!!!  My card is pretty easy and I loved the Vanilla bow to add the finishing touch.  My card is stamped in Rose Red.  I was stamping some elements of that same card this am for my friend up north when my stamp pad fel in to one of the doggie water bowls!  Yikes!!  You can imagine!  I scooped it out, cleaned up the pink splatters everywhere, changed the dog water and began blotting the stamp pad as it was definitely soaked!  Hmmmmm......I went ahead and stamped and it worked fine, even though I'm waiting for it to dry overnight before I add re-inkier.  Interesting.....(I hope my friend isn't grossed out!  LOL)

Yesterday I got to stamp with my Cocoa Beach Library group.  Fun!  We make 3 cards there so it's always a challenge since I can't seem to dial the layers back enough to get done on time!!  :-)

Here are our pretty cards!  Along with Monday's Victorian bird card, we made our bouquet using Very Vanilla and Whisper White punched blossomes and a throwback to one of my all-time favorites, the fabulous shoe card!!  Thank you, CBL gals, for your patience, perseverance and talent!  We had 3 brand new stampers, Elaine, Denise, and Becky, who made amazing projects!!

Speaking of fabulous, I received this really pretty card from Jane last week.  I love her precise work with Washi Tape and her coordinating stripes (Work of Art) on the inside.  Thank you, Jane!!

My best to all of you fabulous stampers!  (That's the only kind there are!)  I thank you for making my days fun and inspired!
Happy Stampin'!!
