Put a Little Love in Your Heart! (Even More to Come!)

Hi, Stampers,

It's is definitely Valentine time and I am enjoying the company of creative chicas all over the county this week!  Monday, our two classes made a fun fold card and a pretty gold and white vellum valentine/anniversary/birthday card.

Tuesday evening, the SOS stampers created the Dazzling Diamond/package tape "scrim" for the Language of Love/Framelit card and the gold and white card using the gold polka dot vellum.  This group takes turns hostessing and did we ever enjoy CindyLou's delicious miniature quiches, rumaki and homemm-m-mmade orange cheesecake!  Delish!

Many thanks to demo and buddy, Linda Williamson, for the scrim inspiration!!

I'll be adding the TAL pictures after our class on Thursday!  Stay tuned!!

January Creations!

Hello, Creative Chicas!!
I'm starting with some creative projects from some of my creative chicas.

Lori created this beautiful wreath and will take orders.  Let me know if you are interested! They are $40.  It is made of yarn and beautiful felt flowers.  Nice, Lori!
Sharon, who made last week's beautiful steam punk bag, was staying nice and warm in this beautiful, knitted shawl.  What isn't visible enough are the ruffles and the changing directions of the pattern.  It even incorporates beautiful beads.  Beautiful, Sharon!!

Catch Up Time
Here are the TAL stampers at work last Thursday in Titusville.  We had a great time making valentines.  Below you see Sami, Patricia and Sharon.  Nice work, creative gals

If we are one thing, it's flexible.  If life gives you no pink ink, use gold!  Our cards turned out beautifully with gold embossing where pink might have been.  Simple and elegant

More gold for our Island Indigo and gold splatter valentine or birthday card!  Love that we have lots of options!
The next TAL meeting will be Thursday, January 30, 11-1pm at the TAL building in Titusville.  Join us!!
Next Up--Baby Shower Invitations
Debbie, Kimmie and I got together at the Oasis to make 15 Baby Shower invitations.
We used the whale stamp and the gel technique.  (We actually used a pretty aqua aloe vera gel!)  We had a fun time!

So sorry for the poor quality due to the glare of the gel.  I'm still trying to download Kimmie's pic of the framed invitation!  Grrrrr
We stamped cute little monkeys inside and fashioned the bottle from a retired punch.  Kimmie decorated the "bottles".
Kimmie framed one of the invitations to present to the future mommy and daddy!  Nice!!!
Monday at the Gallery

Lots of fun at the Gallery this past Monday.
You'll see our creations below.  Simple but elegant and sweet!
 Lori, Jane and Mike

Afternoon gals Joan, Becky, Gail and Sharon

More fun to come next week!  A valentine and a
simple fun fold card!!
Happy Stamping!!

Indigo Blue Valentine or Birthday and Tunnel Card

The first thing I'd like to do is feature a steam punk bag made by one of our stampers, Sharon.  Sharon, like so many stampers, is multi-talented.  The beautiful details are a wonder to behold and a sign of patience, creativity and determination!  Enjoy!
I'm hoping to feature some of the talents of many of my stampers!
Thank you, Sharon!!

How fun to use so many wonderful new products this week!!  Here's a great card using Island Indigo, Whisper White and Early Espresso.  Add some beautiful gold embossing and you have a card that is beautiful and elegant!

Here is our Tunnel Card!  It looks difficult but is easy peasey!  The watercolor effect on our vintage lighthouse stamp was much more a challenge!!

Enjoy our pictures of this past Monday's cards and stampers.  Can you tell I've run out of time and must run to Viera for my volunteer stint at the School Board?

Have a great week!!♫•*¨*•.¸¸♥ ¸¸.•*¨*•♫♪
