Art Gallery Stampers April 23

Such fun!  I am a lucky girl!  Good company
and my favorite hobby combined--twice every Monday!
Here are the Monday Morning stampers working on their
projects.  From left you'll see:  Beverly, Jane,
Mary and Lori.

Gotta love our little Weber grills.  These are perfect
Father's Day or masculine birthday cards!  This card
is almost totally punched, embossed and "sizzled"
--appropriate for the grill.  We used a retired
SU sizzlit for our smoke tendrils.  Too cute!

Our second card is a really pretty and feminine
Mother's Day/Birthday card.  We punched and
embossed
quite a bit on this card too.  I think
 they are so beautiful!!

 Great job, everyone!
Closeups!

Here are our afternoon stampers:  Helen, Lavinia, Nancy, Jo, Sharon, Joan and Gail.  Beautiful work, gals!
Helen, looking pretty behind some of our pretty cards.
(We do the same projects for both classes.)
Next week we'll create a patriotic/4th of July card
and a pretty pink Postage Due card.
Happy Stampin'!!

SOS Stampers' Meeting

The SOS Stampin' Gals met at my "Oasis" this past
Tuesday for a fun evening of good company, munchies
and good stamping.  We made these two designs.  Love
the Postage Due all done up in Pretty In Pink, Crumb
Cake and Very Vanilla.  We loved making our little
Weber grills.  This allowed me to use Everything Eleanor
for 3 consecutive weeks.  Note the smoke tendrils.
You can't see it but we used a silver gel pen to add a
little glitz to the smoke and to the middle of the
 smaller wheel.

Sorry I got Susan mid-pose but I just loved her SOS tee paired with an adorable pair of Coldwater Creek jammies.  Perfect!  I wish they were still available!!!
Every once in a while it gets very quiet! That means
every one is very intent on their work.  But usually
we're all having a wonderful time chatting and visiting!
 Thanks to our
hostess, Barbara, for providing snacks and drinks.
Our hostess next time is Susan.  We were sorry to not have
Elise, Michelle and Claudia with us but they are troupers
and sent in their wonderful orders to support our hostess
 program.

Fantastic Fun Fold Card 2!

And a fantastic time we had too!!  We folded,
stamped, punched and embellished our way
over 10+ sides to our card!
Such a nice time with some really nice
gals that are sooooo creative too!
Thank you, gals!  I hope you enjoyed our time
as much as I!!
Hard at work:  Left to right--Jean, Toni, Cheryl and Sharon.
Our intrepid stampers made these beautiful,
ultra-special birthday cards.  Our color palette
included Gumball Green Tangerine Tango and
Daffodil Delight.

Thank you for a great day, stamping divas!  I'm
so proud
of all of you!!

Triple Time Card and Sparkling Fabulous Florets

Hi, Gals!
We certainly do stay busy!  What a fun week it has been already.  On Monday our two Art Gallery Stampers classes met.  We created a triple-time card--one that I've been anxious to make for a while!
Our am stampers:  Geri, Valinda, Mary, Mike and Lori!  (Talk about beautiful creations, Geri wore her hand-knitted shawl that is tempting me to get my knitting needles out!  GOJUS!)

A few touches of Dazzling Diamonds gave
our Fabulous Florets cards a little sparkle and shine.

Love our Triple-Time Cards!  Easy but so elegant!
Here's our inspiration--a Lily Pulitzer bag from the
Estee' Lauder counter.

Our pm stampers: (Back) Gail, Lavinia, Sharon, Jane,
Nancy, Becky, Jo, Debby, Jo and Helen.

Pop Up Card and Silhouette Card

Hey Stampers,
Our classes created two terrific cards
this past Monday.
First we made a pretty pink pop up card.
(Alliteration--cool!)  Then we made a black and
white silhouette card that totally went with the
Art Gallery's theme of "Black, White and
Art All Over"!
Thanks for the great suggestion, Lori!!
Our am class:  Jane, Mary, Mary's daughter, Lisa
(Also a Stampin' Up Demo), Mike, Dianne and Lori.

Bea at the Big Shot.

I love this pop up die!  Many thanks to Jo for loaning
it to us!  Our color scheme included Mambo Melon and
Certainly (Soon to be gone-sniff, sniff) Celery.

Helen, wearing her Art Gallery Stampers tee.  :-)
I always love that our cards are very similar but each
has it's own individually artistic element!  Confident gals!!
Here are our black and white silhouette cards.  I
love black and white--so artsy and classy--just
like the Art Gallery Stampin' Gals!
The pm class:  Lavinia, Sharon, Becky, Jo, Debby
(she's there somewhere!!) and Joan.

Why yes, there is a prize this week for the first person to email "bird silhouette" to me.

Ain't We Got Fun!!!

Oh the fun we had at our Fantastic Fun Fold Card Workshop on April 10.  Despite all the different stamps, punches and design options, everyone's card came out fabulously!  We even finished early.  I know these cards will be reserved for someone REALLY special.  Here are some pictures of the gals and their finished projects below.
From Left:  Bea, Valinda, Jane, Mike and Lori hard at play.  :-)
It "takes a village" and a whole lot of supplies to make this fun project.
Jane's finished project.  It was so thoughtful of Jane to dress in our project colors.  :-)
A closeup of the inside.
Some of the finished projects shown in various stages of opening.  Our final Fun Fold Workshop is this coming Wednesday!  Can't wait!
