Mojo Mondays Creative Cards February 11 and 18

A bit different, a lot the same!  It's so fun to give stampers the latitude to add their own sense of design to their creations!

Be sure to check our calendar of events for February and March!

Here's our beautiful and elegant Stippled Blossoms "Thinking of you" card.  Simple but beautiful with two-step stamping using Elegant Eggplant and Wisteria Wonder ink pads.  (I snagged some Pear Pizzazz seam binding ribbon from the Stampin' Up Clearance Rack!  Visit it for some really great deals!)
So sparkly!  We used clear embossing powder with a dash of dazzling diamonds (hmmmm...good alliteration.  Can you tell I'm a former language arts teacher?:-) for a pretty, sparkly effect with our gorgeous Swallowtail butterfly stamp.
Here is our first project, the birdhouse, using  punches, sponge daubers, embossing folders and a little imagination!  We loved Helen's little bird helping to "feather the nest".  Some birdies were visiting and some were even smooching!  Such fun!
Here's our morning Monday class.  (Sorry that I missed getting Ginger, who had to leave a little earlier, in the picture.)
Left to right:  Jane, Mary, Peggy & Mike (hidden) :-(, Dianne and Barb
Now we see you!!  Left to right:  Mike, Dianne, Barb, Jane, Mary and Peggy
Our afternoon class.  We do the same projects at both classes.
Left to right:  Gail, Jo, Debby, Joan and Helen.

Back by popular demand!  Our sweet birthday card using one of my favorite retired stamp sets.  We colored our cherry blossoms using blender pens and water color crayons.

Happy Stampin'!!
